Jano Myburgh

I love creating images. It is especially satisfying when your final product exceeds the expectations created by the image you envisioned when starting. 

Photography is my profession & also my passion. Commercial advertising and edidotrial work is what takes up most of my time. Fine art figure study is what keeps me loving photography. I've also been branching out into other avenues such as cinematography to keep my need for knowledge satiated.

I have been taking pictures since I was a little kid. Finished my Bachelors degree in Photography at the CUT FS in South Africa and now work full time doing commercial work for clients and editorial for publication. I also teach part time, either privately or at tertiery institutions. 

The collection of work you'll find on this site is a mixture of work done for clients and work done purely for my own satisfaction and personal exhibitions.

Hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoyed creating it.
